How to drink Budō Gin

Budō Gin can be enjoyed straight on the rocks (with ice); or if you prefer, mixed into one of the cocktails below.

Budō Gin Cocktails

Elevate your gin cocktails with premium Budō Gin and a collection of refined recipes, tailored for any occasion.

Budō Gin Sonic

Required:

- Budō Gin

- Soda water

- Tonic water

- Fresh ginger and/or citrus wedge

Step 1
Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice.

Step 2
Add 1 part Budō Gin, 2 parts soda water, 1 parts tonic water.

Step 3
Stir and garnish with ginger and/or citrus wedge.

Budō Gin & Tonic

Required:

- Budō Gin

- Tonic water

- Fresh ginger and/or citrus wedge

Step 1
Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice.

Step 2
Add 1 part Budō Gin, 2 or 3 parts tonic water.

Step 3
Stir and garnish with ginger and/or citrus wedge.

Budō Gin Fizz

Required:

- Budō Gin [75ml]

- Lemon juice (fresh) [30ml]

- Simple syrup 1:1 [30ml]

- 1 Egg white

- Soda water [~30ml]

Step 1
Add the Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake.

Step 2
Add ice and shake vigorously until ice cold.

Step 3
Strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda water.

Budō Kaikan Fizz

Required:

- Budō Gin [45ml]

- Milk [30ml]

- Sugar [1tsp]

- Lemon juice (fresh) [1tsp]

- Soda water

Step 1
Add Gin, milk, sugar, and lemon juice to a shaker.

Step 2
Add ice and shake vigorously until ice cold.

Step 3
Strain into a highball glass over ice, agitating while pouring.

Top with soda water.
