Required:
- Budō Gin [75ml]
- Lemon juice (fresh) [30ml]
- Simple syrup 1:1 [30ml]
- 1 Egg white
- Soda water [~30ml]
Step 1
Add the Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake.
Step 2
Add ice and shake vigorously until ice cold.
Step 3
Strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda water.
